What TenderFloor is
TenderFloor is an independent tender discovery platform. We aggregate publicly available tender information from official government e-procurement portals. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government department or portal.
Accuracy and your responsibility
- Information is presented as published by official sources and may change at any time.
- Always verify tender details, dates, amounts and documents on the official government portal before preparing or submitting any bid.
- TenderFloor is not responsible for bid outcomes, missed deadlines, or decisions taken based on information shown here.
- Missing source values are shown as missing - we never invent data.
Acceptable use
- You may use the platform to discover and evaluate tender opportunities for your business.
- Prohibited: automated scraping, bulk extraction or republication of our aggregated database, reselling our data, attempting to bypass security, or misusing restricted areas.
Paid services
Optional professional services (such as consultancy, document preparation and assisted bidding) may be offered for a fee and are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual property
The platform design, brand and software belong to TenderFloor. Tender content belongs to the issuing authorities.
Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
